Robert is a dynamic business leader, innovator, and visionary with over 25 years of experience in healthcare information and networking technology. Robert co-founded Novo in 2003 to pioneer the use of intelligent software agents to meet the challenges of information exchange and interoperability between hospitals, physicians and others in the healthcare community. Prior to Novo, Robert was a senior technology leader at McKesson and recognized expert in portal and integration technologies. While there, he was responsible for the invention of several successful products that are used by hospitals and physicians across the country. He has spoken extensively about emerging technologies and how they can be used to address challenges and improve performance.

Alok has more than 25 years experience creating straightforward and agile solutions like the intelligent software agents that power Novo Innovations’ Grid architecture and applications. His insight on the core information challenges facing healthcare today has inspired inventions to address the interplay between heterogeneous systems. Alok co-founded Novo Innovations to help further the reach of today’s highly connective technology beyond the hospital to the providers and patients in the healthcare community. While continuing to innovate, as Novo’s Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, he has mentored and manages nimble and responsive development, implementation and support teams. Prior to Novo, the electrical and electronics engineer was Chief Architect for McKesson Information Solutions. There he created the infrastructure for numerous administrative and clinical applications earning him many awards and accolades.

Bill has been in the healthcare information technology business for over 26 years, including 20 years with McKesson Corporation, where he was a key contributor to product development, sales and marketing. He has led development and marketing efforts for five successful startup companies and is currently VP of Marketing for Novo Innovations.

Mark joined Novo Innovations in June 2008. Mr. Hanna has over 15 years of experience in healthcare software sales, marketing and executive sales management. Prior to joining Novo, Mr. Hanna’s experience included marketing, direct sales, area and national sales leadership roles at Medical Information Technology (MEDITECH) and Patient Care Technologies, Inc. Mr. Hanna’s experience has focused on launching new products, building sales teams and strategies for selling administrative and clinical information system technology and services.

Andy brings over 20 years of technical experience in the healthcare information technology industry. Prior to joining Novo Innovations Andy held a variety of technical and leadership positions in the Information Solutions division of McKesson. While at McKesson he was instrumental in developing numerous software solutions using a wide variety of technologies.

Jim joined Novo in September 2006, bringing 20 years of engineering and technology experience to the team, with over eight years in healthcare information technology. Prior joining Novo, Jim held various technical leadership roles at McKesson Provider Technologies. Educated as an electrical engineer, Jim has also worked as a defense contractor for the United States Air Force, providing engineering and information technology expertise.
