- Privacy: Because Novo is a true exchange solution and does not aggregate data into a database, information is only exchanged with authorized recipients, therefore ensuring privacy.
- Connectivity: All communication is transported via SSL and the internet. No network or VPN changes are necessary to participate in the Novo Grid.
